The Number 1 Rule You Need to Obey to Lose 7 Pounds This Week

When it comes to weight loss, everyone is always looking for that quick
and easy solution to drop those pounds as fast as possible. The problem
with this is that there is so many different "quick" weight loss solutions
out there most of which probably will not even work for you. For me, it
took 1 simple rule for me to start dropping pounds like a fat man on a
treadmill.
Each day you eat and take in a certain number of calories. A lot of people
out there simply take in way too many! There is a thing called the 80/20
Rule, or Pareto Principle. It says that 80% of your results will come from
20% of your efforts. When I read that, I knew I had to find the 20% that
provides me with the most weight loss!
What I found is 1 simple rule you MUST obey in order to lose weight. The
rule is that you must burn more calories then you take in. Think about
that for a moment. If you take in more calories then you work off, how are
you going to lose weight? Exactly. Sounds simple, right? But this is so
often overlooked yet it is the most important rule in losing weight.
Within my first week of following this rule I had lost SEVEN pounds! I
made sure I was taking in less than I worked off every day and the weight
just melted off.
Many people worry about not being able to suppress their appetites, but
there are products out there that will help you and even provide you with
extra energy to work hard through your days. You just have to know where
