Quick Tip - Eating Strategies For Sexy Results by Adriel Yapana

I always keep a snack or meal in mind after my training session. Since focusing on my post meal, I've been able to manage my food cravings much better by giving my body enough nutrients right away and to hold me over a few hours till my next meal.

Paying attention to my diet has given me a sense of courage and calm. I've been a binge eater for a while let my nerves get to me because I use to skip so many meals and then I felt out of control with my food plan entirely. Now I prepare and know what's the next thing that goes in my mouth to help me stay on track and eat sensible.

If you want to keep burning fat and muscles toned after your training session after the gym, listen up. I'm going to keep this short.

Plan to eat immediately after your session. This is vital. Your body needs To replenish nutrients after a workout.

Here are two strategies to keep in mind:

Are You Training For More Tone? When training, cut the workout evenly in time with strength and cardio. I recommend a 1:2 part protein to carb ratio. This is a super effective post-training meal muscle sculptor. A sample would be a half-cup of non-fat cottage cheese (which I love) with whole grain toast and just a small teaspoon of strawberry jam.

Are You Training To Burn Fat? Invest most (three-quarters time) of your workout time on cardio and a third on strength building. This could be as little as 10 minutes of lifting. As soon as you're done, follow up with a meal consisting of a carb-to-protein ratio of 1:3. A sample would be 6 ounces of low fat plain yogurt with a half-tablespoon of honey to give it a sweet kick.
