Building Muscle For Sex Appeal - Focus on These 3 Muscle Groups by Deon Du Plessis
Face it, we don't just go and work out to feel good or to swing some
weights around. Building muscle is all about getting ripped and looking
good. With more than 650 muscles in your body, which ones are the most
important in creating sex appeal?
Well, there are 3 main muscle groups you want to focus on. These are the
three parts of a man's body that women instantly "connect" with. The
mistake that most guys make in the gym is to spend an awful lot of time on
muscles that don't really show. What most women in out culture consider
"sexy" boils down to three basic muscle groups: The Pecs, The Abs and The
Biceps.
The Pecs
When gorilla's beat their chest it's a sign of strength - and usually a
means of scaring off other males that might try and steal his female. A
muscular chest is something that is universally attractive to all women
and the primordial show of strength might have something to do with it.
Apart from that, having great pecs will help to give you that classic
V-shape that is arguably the most attractive male body shape to women.
The Abs
Having a lean, ripped 6 pack is something that no woman can resist -
regardless of whether she is 18 or 80. Ripped abs has become the symbol of
sex appeal and because the majority of men in our culture have belly fat,
it sets you apart from the other guys like nothing else. Whether it is an
Armani ad or Usher showing off, abs are universally attractive to women
regardless how ugly the guy might be.
The Biceps
When Rambo first flexed his ripped biceps on the big screen in the late
80's women all over the world went mad for this guy who could barely speak
a word of English. Biceps are what most people associate with "having
muscles" and as a showpiece muscle it is still the one thing that
bodybuilders spend the most time on in the gym.
While most girls would openly profess to being more attracted to a guys'
personality than to his body, recent studies have proven that physical
attraction in both men and women are fired off in the same centers of the
brain. Although it's not exclusively the visual aspect, it plays the
biggest role in creating that initial attraction.
The abs, pecs and biceps are more than just showpiece muscles. They are
muscles that define your body shape. I've seen many flabby guys who look
like there's no hope totally transform by simply working on these three
muscle groups. A slim waist, defined abs and a large chest with big arms
has become the image of the ideal 21st century man. It's in every
billboard poster and in every magazine.
This is what women are unconsciously thought to aspire to - and this
counts in our favor. The guy who builds muscle and who is not giving
special attention to these three showpiece muscles are missing out big
time.
